We collect almost nothing. Here's the exact list:
None of your in-extension productivity data (tasks, goals, focus sessions) is transmitted to our servers. We have no backend database storing that data.
We do not request access to your tabs, browsing history, bookmarks, or any other sensitive Chrome permissions beyond what's listed above.
If you choose to connect optional integrations (Stripe, Plausible, PostHog, HubSpot, etc.), your credentials are used only to make direct API calls from your browser to those services. Your API keys are stored locally in Chrome storage. We never receive or log your third-party credentials on our servers.
Each integration is governed by the respective service's own privacy policy (Stripe, Plausible, PostHog, HubSpot, etc.) — we recommend reviewing those directly.
Our website's contact and newsletter forms submit to a Google Apps Script endpoint that we control, which forwards submissions to a private Google Sheet / inbox. Google's own privacy policy applies to that infrastructure layer.
All LaunchDesk in-extension data is stored using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API, which means it lives on your device (and in Chrome Sync, if you have that enabled). Uninstalling the extension permanently deletes all locally stored data.
Contact form and newsletter submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or manage the mailing list, and you may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
LaunchDesk is designed for founders and entrepreneurs. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from users under 13 years of age.
We may update this policy as we add features (particularly when Pro analytics integrations ship). We'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice in the extension itself.
Since we store no in-extension personal data on our servers, there's nothing to delete on our side for that data — simply uninstall the extension from Chrome to remove it from your device. For data submitted via our contact form or newsletter (your name/email), you may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@zivorglobal.com.
