Acceptance License Free tier & pricing changes Acceptable use Third-party integrations Intellectual property Disclaimer Limitation of liability Termination Governing law Changes to terms

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the LaunchDesk Chrome extension, or by accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of the website.

LaunchDesk is offered by Zivor Global, an independent digital products business based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LaunchDesk for your personal or business productivity purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension beyond what's permitted by applicable law
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension as your own product
  • Use the extension for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent any feature gating between free and paid (Pro) tiers

3. Free tier and future pricing changes

LaunchDesk is currently provided free of charge. We intend to introduce optional Pro features (such as live Stripe/HubSpot/Notion integrations) in the future. Features that are free today and explicitly advertised as "free forever" on our pricing page will remain free for existing users at the time any new Pro tier launches.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue specific features at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided through the extension or this website where practical.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use LaunchDesk only for lawful purposes. You may not use the extension to harass others, distribute malware, scrape or abuse any connected third-party service in violation of that service's own terms, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

5. Third-party integrations

LaunchDesk may allow you to optionally connect third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Plausible, PostHog, HubSpot, Google Calendar). Your use of those services is governed entirely by their own respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

6. Intellectual property

LaunchDesk, its logo, design, and all original content are the property of Zivor Global. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved. Third-party trademarks (e.g., Stripe, Notion, HubSpot, Chrome) referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe integration compatibility — no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

LaunchDesk is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

LaunchDesk is a productivity tool, not financial, legal, or business advice. Revenue tracking, goal-setting, and AI-generated launch content (press releases, pitches, etc.) are provided for convenience only — you are responsible for verifying accuracy before publishing or relying on any generated content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivor Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use LaunchDesk, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of LaunchDesk shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

9. Termination

You may stop using LaunchDesk at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the extension for any user found to be violating these Terms, including abuse of third-party integrations or attempts to circumvent feature restrictions.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LaunchDesk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, particularly as new features (including Pro tiers) launch. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of LaunchDesk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
