The ground rules for using FounderOS. Last updated: June 2026.
By installing or using the FounderOS Chrome extension, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. FounderOS is provided by Zivor Global, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If you do not agree, please do not install or use FounderOS.
FounderOS is a free Chrome new-tab extension that provides productivity widgets for startup founders, including a Pomodoro timer, task manager, focus tracker, revenue goal tracker, launch tools, and bookmark hub. Some features described as "Pro" or "Coming soon" are not yet available and may change before release.
FounderOS is currently provided free of charge. The extension and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Tasks, goals, focus sessions, reflections, and settings you create in FounderOS are stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage APIs. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to keep. Uninstalling the extension, clearing browser data, or switching devices without Chrome Sync may result in permanent loss of this data, and Zivor Global is not responsible for any such loss.
If you connect optional third-party services (such as Stripe, Plausible, PostHog, HubSpot, Notion, or Google Calendar), your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Zivor Global is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services, and any issues arising from those integrations should be directed to the respective provider.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension except as permitted by applicable law; use the extension for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the extension's functionality or our website; or misrepresent your affiliation with Zivor Global.
FounderOS, its name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of Zivor Global unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on FounderOS without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks (such as Chrome, Stripe, Notion, and others referenced on this site) belong to their respective owners, and FounderOS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Chrome.
FounderOS is free during its current phase. We may introduce a paid "Pro" tier in the future with additional features (such as live MRR sync, CRM integrations, or AI coaching). Existing free features are intended to remain free for users who install before any such changes, but we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivor Global and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use FounderOS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using FounderOS at any time by uninstalling the extension from Chrome. We reserve the right to discontinue the extension or restrict access for users who violate these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FounderOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll post a notice in the extension or on this website. Continued use of FounderOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@zivorglobal.com or via our contact page.
